What is the process?
We'll begin production with a phone or Zoom consultation to discuss your documentary vision. To guide you in determining the themes and narratives you'd like to highlight, download our Legacy Capture Ideas/Topics - a comprehensive PDF designed to spark ideas and inspire storytelling.
Once you've decided upon the topics you'd like to share, we'll schedule and film our 2-3 hour conversation session (on-site or virtually). This is a relaxed, guided experience where we talk through your chosen subjects together. Prior to filming, we work with you to identify the perfect location within your home and provide a basic, personalized consultation on wardrobe, empowering you to present yourself with confidence and style.
Each topic we discuss will become a chapter in your completed documentary, which will be a rich cinematic experience lasting 45-60 minutes. Our team will expertly integrate 15 media inserts, such as cherished photos, home movies, and memorabilia, while enhancing the visual experience with custom graphics, text, animations and carefully curated music. All are crafted to seamlessly accompany and enrich your narrative.
Your legacy documentary film is delivered in stunning high-definition 1080p, via a link that you will receive, and on a commemorative USB drive.

On-Site Session: Our producer will come to you, ensuring a deeply personalized production experience. In-home, on-site filming services are exclusively available to our clients residing within the country of Panama.
Virtual Session: Don't live in Panama? Connect from anywhere. Enjoy the same level of comprehensive support and expert guidance as our On-Site Session in a relaxed, virtual recording environment.
Who conducts the interviews?
As the storyteller, you'll take center stage during our session, weaving a captivating narrative through a guided conversation. Your producer, Jamie, will remain behind the scenes, prompting you from off-camera with your preselected conversation topics. The producer will be seamlessly edited out, allowing your storytelling to shine uninterrupted on film.
How long does the entire process take?
From our initial consultation to the delivery of your completed legacy film is approximately 3 weeks. To help expedite the timeline, kindly provide media assets, such as family photos or home movies, as soon as possible.
